We stayed for 7 nights in March, we were very pleased with cleanliness and the facilities in the rooms. The host Julie Swan was very accommodating with any needs we had and to perfectly honest are a very nice couple to get on with. Situated near to a shop and a few bars and restaurants. We had a great time there and spent a few evenings eating out together at local bars. I would recommend staying here to all, there is a pool across the road but it was a little early in the season for that.

We have just had a fantastic week at Julie and Graham’s place. I cannot sing it’s praises enough. The place is newly done out and spotless. My daughter loved the fact we had all the English tv channels too, but best of all for her was Bubbles the dog! I have had the most relaxing week ever as we went every day to the pool complex which is literally just across the road. Julie and Graham are lovely people, you could not wish for better hosts. They went out of our way to help us and show us around Nerja, truly going the extra mile. I cannot wait to return.

Julie og Graham var fantastiske verter. Leiligheten fremstod som forventet, meget innholdsrik og skinnende rent. Leiligheten ligger rett ved et lite supermarked og et stort fellesanlegg. Den lokale bussen stopper rett utenfor og du kommer deg til strand og by for 1 euro.

For hosts, you can't do better than Julie And Graham. The location was high on the hill above Nerja, in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. Easy bus access to the centre.

The apartment was perfect for us. With its own entrance the accommodation was spotlessly clean, comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and toilet with basin and shower. Excellent WiFi and TV with lots of channels to choose from. The small private garden with table and chairs enjoyed sunshine from late morning to evening sunsets. There is an information folder which is a useful resource with suggestions of places of interest in the surrounding area and bus timetables etc. Just across a quiet road is a communal swimming pool with sun lounges, restaurants and fabulous views of the coastline.

A small supermarket in front of the pool area stocks essentials but is expensive in comparison to the larger ones in and around the resort. Situated on a hill, there is an hourly bus to Nerja, the bus stop is 50 meters away and costs €1 to Nerja town centre. Car hire is useful but not essential, from Nerja bus station there are regular buses to Malaga and Frigiliana. Taxis are plentiful and reliable. We arrived late evening and were delighted to find the host had left us bottled water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and a bottle of wine, this immediately made us feel welcome and ‘at home’. The hosts live above the apartment but have their own entrance. They are friendly and approachable and are happy to chat and share their knowledge of the area but equally respectful of your privacy.
